Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a dedicated team on the 2nd shift at our Euclid facility. The role focuses on maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have prior supervisory or team-lead experience, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and strong communication and organizational skills. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to manage inventory and labor hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employees during the 2nd shift
• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure company standards are met
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Perform quality inspections and final walk-throughs
• Correct issues and ensure the facility is clean, organized, and professional
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Monitor labor hours and help control labor costs
• Conduct daily team huddles and weekly meetings with management
• Communicate schedule, policy, and procedure changes to employees
• Address customer concerns professionally
• Identify employees with potential for additional responsibility and advancement
• Ensure employees have the supplies and equipment needed to perform their jobs
• Work alongside the team and assist with hands-on cleaning when needed
• Partner with management to deliver excellent results for our clients
