Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily janitorial operations during the 2nd shift.
• Lead, train, and coach cleaning staff.
• Conduct daily team huddles and communicate updates.
• Inspect completed work and perform final walk‑throughs.
• Correct quality issues and ensure company standards are met.
• Ensure staff have supplies and equipment needed.
• Monitor inventory and help control waste.
• Track labor hours and work within budget.
• Address employee and client concerns professionally.
