Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 7 years of experience required; CH accredited technician training program counts as 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy workflows and enforce regulatory standards.
• Lead and implement process improvements and quality initiatives.
• Serve as a reference and mentor for technicians and staff.
• Communicate effectively with team members and pharmacy colleagues to ensure quality customer service.
