Qualifications

• Background in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent practical IT experience.
• Experience administering IAM platforms and directory services, including Okta/Azure AD/AD.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage automated identity lifecycle processes across cloud and on-premises apps.
• Design, configure, and optimize Jira/JSM workflows, dashboards, and automation.
• Develop and maintain automated onboarding processes coordinating IT, HR, and hiring managers.
