Job summary

Reflect Health in Mason, OH, seeks a Lead IT Systems Engineer to modernize identity management, automate workflows, and improve the employee technology experience. You will lead IAM, VDI, onboarding automation, and cross‑functional projects, while ensuring security, reliability, and scalable infrastructure.

The role demands hands‑on technical leadership, strong scripting and cloud skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, Security, and operations to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience administering identity and access management platforms and directory services.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with IAM, AAD/Entra, and basic VDI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage automated identity lifecycle processes across cloud and on‑prem applications.
• Design, configure, and optimize Jira/JSM workflows, intake processes, and dashboards.
• Develop onboarding automation coordinating IT, HR, and hiring managers.
• Engineer and support Reflect Health's VDI environment with standardized images and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to automate IT processes and improve service quality.
• Support security governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Create operational dashboards and documentation for performance and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, HR, and Operations to deliver tech solutions.
