Job summary

Imagine One Technology & Management is seeking a Lead Computer Support Specialist to support the U.S. Navy in Keyport, WA.

The role acts as an intermediary between the team and upper management, articulating assignments, planning subordinate work, and arranging training. The candidate will bring four years of Tier 2 IT support management experience, expertise in Microsoft OS and Active Directory, and relevant certifications (ITIL, Office 365; Security+ or SSCP).

Qualifications

• Four years of Tier 2 IT support management and resolution experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop OS, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
• Certifications: ITIL, Office 365, Security+ and/or ISC2 SSCP, Microsoft Desktop OS Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead Computer Support Specialist

C2H Keyport, WA, US

Salary Range: $61,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Lead Computer Support Specialist “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington.

The Lead Computer Support Specialist serves as intermediary between the team and upper management. Articulates assignments, plans subordinate work, trains, or arranges training, provides input to the supervisor on performance management and personnel administration.

Experience Requirements:

• minimum of four years of experience in the management and resolution of Tier 2 levels IT Support operations.
• Thorough knowledge in the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting Microsoft desktop Operating Systems, desktop productivity applications, desktop defense tools, Microsoft Active Directory account management and permissions, network connectivity troubleshooting.
  CompTIA Security + and/or ISC2 SSCP, Current Microsoft Desktop OS Certification
  

Certification/Education Requirements: Current ITIL certification & Office 365 certification

Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance is required.
