Job summary

Advanced IT Concepts (AITC) seeks an IT Support Lead to provide technical leadership for DoD IT support operations, overseeing datacenter, virtualization, network, and storage platforms to ensure availability and security.

The role reports to the Program Manager and requires RMF/ATO experience, strong incident response, and collaboration with cybersecurity stakeholders to sustain risk management and authorization requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; alternative: Associate degree with 10+ years of IT lead exp.
• Current DCWF ISSM certification (CISSP/CISM or equivalent).
• Minimum 20 hours annual CPD.
• Experience leading DoD systems and managing datacenter, virtualization, network, and storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 2/3 support for DoD systems and mission environments.
• Oversee datacenter, virtualization, networks, and storage to meet availability targets.
• Coordinate security incident response, containment, and recovery.
• Support RMF/ATO processes and continuous monitoring.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and cybersecurity baselines.
• Provide metrics and leadership briefings to stakeholders.
