Job summary

CRG is seeking a Solutions Delivery Analyst III for our Retail client to act as a technical SME across systems and applications. You will lead mid-to-large IT initiatives, collaborate with business partners, and ensure operational stability through production support and testing.

Responsibilities include mentoring teammates, driving deployment and test processes, and delivering continuous improvement through monitoring and coordination with engineers, Product Teams, and QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant technology experience.
• Experience leading teams or guiding others.
• Strong batch scripting, SQL and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME for assigned systems and applications.
• Lead mid-to-large IT initiatives in partnership with the business.
• Provide third-level production support and operational stability.
• Architect and implement server and app deployments.
• Develop test cases and coordinate system integration testing.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive monitoring.
