Job summary

VIAC Services Company (Venerable) is seeking an experienced Lead IT QA Analyst to provide executive QA leadership across multiple business lines and IT support areas. The role involves guiding offshore testing teams and mentoring junior staff to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities include developing testing processes, driving test automation roadmaps, and delivering QA consulting to IT and business groups while upholding best practices and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 5+ years QA/testing experience.
• Experience leading QA teams and mentoring juniors.
• Proven ability to present test strategy to varied audiences.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC, SQL scripting.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud testing and automation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA/Test leadership across multiple business lines and IT support areas, platforms and locations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members; oversee offshore testing teams to meet timelines.
• Develop, modify and implement processes to resolve complex testing issues and improve efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to improve test processes and team member development.
• Provide senior-level QA consulting to IT and business groups on testing deliverables.
