Quality Assurance Lead

$40-$50/hour (W2)

40 hours/week | 8am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday

Overview

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Lead with 3+ years of experience overseeing enterprise-level software automation testing initiatives. This role serves as the key liaison between stakeholders and QA engineering teams, including analysts and leads requiring strong coordination, communication, and project management skills to ensure testing strategies align with business goals and timelines.

Must Haves / Mandatory

• 3+ years of experience in automation QA testing and management
• Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience with enterprise-grade testing platforms, integrated development environments, IT service management systems, ERP solutions, and modern web technologies
• Agile/SCRUM experience with solid grasp of SCRUM principles

Nice to Have / Preferred

• ERP and SAP application testing experience
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading QA automation testing projects, liaising between leadership and QA teams.
• Skilled in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies and data sets
