Job summary

Qualifications

Eight or more years of IT experience.
Five+ years in assistant or project management roles executing multiple projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent IT experience.
PM training and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze Demands to determine time frame, funding and resources for projects.
Determine planning method (Agile/Waterfall) based on scope, risk and change tolerance.
Communicate with sponsor and end user to align goals with business objectives.
Assign duties and responsibilities at project kickoff.
Establish and implement a communication plan with stakeholders.
Create work breakdown structures and manage dependencies and critical paths.
Demonstrate leadership and motivate project team members.
Identify risks and issues, escalate when needed, and implement mitigation plans.
