Job summary

SkyBridge Resources is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead planning and execution across a diverse IT portfolio. You will coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, ensuring successful delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of IT PM experience, strong communication and leadership, and PMP certification. Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably infrastructure and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, telecommunications/VoIP, disaster recovery, data, or system implementation projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• PMP or other project management certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and resources.
• Establish project communication plans and provide status updates to leadership.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve issues and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Facilitate meetings and track actions, decisions, and deliverables.
• Coordinate implementation, testing, deployment, and post-project activities.
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality, schedule, and business objectives.
