Current Direction

Leadership changed direction. Manager explained: AI experience is preferred, AI experience is not required, Strong PMO talent is more important. Enterprise AI leadership is willing to train candidates on AI concepts if necessary. Key takeaway: If Candidate A is a stronger consultant and PM leader but lacks AI experience, while Candidate B has more AI exposure but weaker delivery capability, Client would likely hire Candidate A.

Technical Expectations
