Skilled in configuration and O&M of switches, firewalls, wireless APs and other network hardware. Practical experience in cross-region WAN, SD-WAN, IPSec, MPLS and leased-line networking implementation.
  • Familiar with server room construction standards and structured cabling specifications, with hands-on experience in server room planning, cabinet deployment and power & environment monitoring system implementation.

  • Understanding of information security and data compliance requirements for US and multinational enterprises (e.g. NIST CSF, cross-border data transfer rules). Candidates with IT security and compliance experience in multinational manufacturing organizations are preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the planning, implementation and full-lifecycle operation & maintenance (O&M) of IT infrastructure for solar module factories, cell factories and warehousing sites across the US and Asia regions. Scope covers server hardware, factory industrial networks, office networks, computer room environments and other core domains to ensure stable operation of production and office systems.
  • Lead the assessment, optimization and upgrade of existing IT infrastructure at factories and warehouses, including server cluster optimization, standardized computer room renovation, structured cabling system rationalization, end‑user IT device refresh and lifecycle management, to continuously improve infrastructure reliability, scalability and O&M efficiency.
  • Take charge of cluster architecture design, deployment and daily O&M for server virtualization platforms; build cross-site high-availability backup and disaster recovery systems to secure core business data and maintain business continuity.
  • Establish systematic and standardized IT O&M management mechanisms, implement end-to-end monitoring and alerting frameworks, and continuously improve key SLA metrics such as incident rate, response time and mean time to recover (MTTR), so as to elevate the quality and efficiency of O&M services.
  • Lead security and compliance initiatives for IT infrastructure, ensuring network architecture, data transmission and storage systems comply with cybersecurity, data privacy and network security regulations in the US and other countries of operation. Implement compliance audit and risk control measures.
