We are looking for a hands-on, techno-functional Lead IT Financial Business Systems Analyst (BSA) that thrives in a multi-project, fast-paced, and high impact environment. As our first finance systems expert and through close partnership with the finance organization, you will drive the strategy and execution of our financial tool-stack to enhance business processes, automate manual work, and reduce risk.

We are looking for a technically savvy, intellectually curious, and highly motivated individual to drive and execute on our finance applications strategy! You will partner closely with all areas of our Finance organization, as well as stakeholders in People and Security, to maximize efficiencies and automations across financial processes.
You should have extensive understanding of finance applications and workflows, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a knack for working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Our ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical experience in many of the areas listed below, as well as the curiosity and adaptability to learn.
In addition to 8+ years of experience as a finance systems professional, you should have:
For Full-Time (Salary) US-based applicants: $180,000/year to $240,000/year + benefits + equity.
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity.
