Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced IT Assurance leader to design and execute capabilities that continuously monitor controls across platforms and processes. You will embed assurance practices in engineering and operations to ensure audit readiness and resilient governance.

The role requires 6–8 years in IT assurance or related fields, with expertise in risk management, control frameworks, and regulatory standards such as SOX/NIST/ISO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in IT assurance, risk management, or related field.
• Experience applying control frameworks and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Designs and advances automated assurance capabilities for continuous evaluation of technology controls.
• Integrates governance and compliance guardrails into development and operational workflows.
• Develops continuous control monitoring processes with automated evidence collection and validation.
• Defines control frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Translates control data into risk insights and reporting for leadership.
