Responsibilities

Support, optimization, and enhancement of ServiceNow AI solutions.
Develop, validate, organize, and maintain AI knowledge content.
Collaborate with administrators, developers and stakeholders to improve knowledge management.
Assist with testing and validation of AI-generated responses.
Coordinate incident, problem and change management for service requests.
