Sentara Health seeks a Lead IT Analyst to drive ServiceNow AI initiatives remotely. You will manage knowledge content, partner with admins and developers, and enhance AI-driven user experiences across IT. Strong certification and 5+ years of IT ServiceNow use are preferred.

The role supports enterprise IT projects and emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and quality assurance. Remote opportunities span multiple states in the US, including Ohio.

Qualifications

• Experience using the ServiceNow platform.
• Active ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS, or other).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to lead initiatives and drive work to completion through influence and partnership.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Develop, organize, maintain, and validate knowledge content for ServiceNow AI tools.
• Ensure information is accurate, searchable, and optimized for AI-driven experiences.
• Partner with ServiceNow admins, developers, and stakeholders to improve knowledge management.
• Analyze ServiceNow tickets and trends to identify content gaps and improvements.
• Assist with testing and validating AI-generated responses and recommendations.
• Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Mentor teammates and drive project deliverables to completion.
• Work independently and with IT teams on enterprise initiatives.
