Job summary

DYVICC Inc. is seeking a Lead IT Analyst for our Hoffman Estates, IL office. The role requires expertise in Oracle EBS Order Management and WMS, with at least 10 years of business analysis experience. You will work with IT and business teams across global implementations.

Travel domestically and internationally is expected. Some relocation to Sidney, OH may be required; occasional onsite work is expected. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent; minimum 10 years of business analysis using Oracle eBusiness.
• Expert in Oracle EBS OM/WMS (12.2.0+) with SQL knowledge.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration with IT and business.
• Experience in large, global corporate structures and travel readiness.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for global implementations.

Responsibilities

• Be onsite 1 week per month; remote otherwise, travel expenses covered by client.
• Open to relocating to Sidney, OH.

DYVICC Inc. has an opening for a Lead IT Analyst at our main office in Hoffman Estates, IL and resource might need to travel to client location as requested by client within U.S.A.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• They are open to consultants that are willing to come onsite 1-week per month and work remote the remainder of the time. Client will cover expenses for that travel. May be 2 weeks up front for solid KT.
• They would have to be open to relocating to the Sidney, OH.
• Expectations will be high for those that are working remotely.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, plus a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business analysis utilizing the Oracle eBusiness systems
• Expert in the Oracle EBS Order Management and WMS Modules. version 12.2.0 or higher (OM, Advance Pricing, WMS) / knowledge of SQL
• Strong communication skills with others at all levels of the organization - ability to collaborate with IT and business to derive the requirements and spec out a solution
• Ability to work in a large, global corporate structure
• Demonstrated ability to clearly isolate and define problems, effectively evaluate alternative solutions, and make decisions in a timely manner
• Good decision-making ability, ability to operate in ambiguous situations, and high analytical ability to judge pros-cons of approaches against Company's objectives
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support global implementations

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field

Work Location & Physical Requirements:

• This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
• The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
