Job summary

PD Inc. seeks a Team Lead ISSO to serve as the primary technical and operational lead for cybersecurity services supporting federal information systems and cloud environments.

You will manage day-to-day ISSO activities, coordinate ISSOs, oversee RMF and authorization activities, and interface with Government officials. The ideal candidate is an PMP-certified delivery leader with cybersecurity experience who can manage personnel, deliverables, risks, and schedules while maintaining technical

Qualifications

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Significant project management experience in cybersecurity or federal IT programs.
• Working knowledge of FISMA, RMF, NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, ATO, CM, and POA&M processes.
• Experience leading cybersecurity personnel and coordinating with government stakeholders.
• Familiar with Azure/Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, CSAM/GRC, Splunk, Defender, Tenable/Qualys, Entra ID.
• Strong written and verbal communication, risk management, QA, and stakeholder management.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; eligible for Tier 4/5 background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMF and authorization activities and coordinate with the Government ISSM and CISO.
• Lead day-to-day ISSO activities and manage delivery, risks, schedules, and quality.
• Provide hands-on cybersecurity leadership while guiding RMF, continuous monitoring, and audits.
• Ensure deliverables meet security controls, compliance, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as primary contractor interface with Government officials and stakeholders.
