Job summary

PD Inc. seeks a Team Lead ISSO to serve as the primary technical and operational lead for cybersecurity services supporting federal enterprise information systems and cloud environments in the Washington, DC area.

The role manages day-to-day ISSO activities, RMF/ATO processes, continuous monitoring, and coordination with Government stakeholders. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification, demonstrate strong project management and leadership skills, and maintain close working relationships

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification required.
• Significant project management experience supporting cybersecurity, information assurance, or federal IT programs.
• Working knowledge of FISMA, RMF, NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, ATO processes, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and POA&M management.
• Experience leading cybersecurity personnel and coordinating with Government stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for Tier 4 background investigation (or Tier 5/Top Secret).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical and operational lead for cybersecurity services supporting federal enterprise information systems and cloud environments.
• Manage day-to-day ISSO activities and coordinate ISSO work; oversee RMF and authorization activities.
• Serve as the Contractor interface with Government ISSM, CISO, AO/AODR, System Owners, and other cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on cybersecurity leadership while managing delivery, schedules, risks, issues, quality, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee ATO/authorization-package activities, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, POA&M management, and audit readiness.
