Job summary

Technology Automation & Management (TeAM), Inc. seeks a Lead Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to provide executive-level cybersecurity oversight across the enterprise and ensure continuous ISSO coverage for FISMA Moderate systems within the GSS boundary.

The role maintains the risk management lifecycle and collaborates with DFC stakeholders. The Lead ISSO will manage a portfolio of approximately six systems, dedicate 30% capacity to governance, and participate in enterprise

Qualifications

• 10+ years federal/DoD cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years performing ISSO/ISSM/CISO duties.
• 3+ years leading multi-person cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead TeAM's ISSO support and interface with DFC stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of about six systems and RMF lifecycle.
• Participate in weekly ERB, CCB, and CAB meetings.
• Conduct milestone gate reviews and QA across 32 enterprise systems.
• Maintain risk/issue register and ISCM strategy.
