Job summary

Agile Business Concepts in Washington, DC seeks an experienced ISSO Lead to oversee RMF activities for a federal cybersecurity program. The role focuses on risk management, assessment, and continuous monitoring to sustain ATO readiness.

You will manage SSPs and POA&Ms, coordinate with security controls, and drive GRC processes across teams while maintaining an active Secret clearance and deep knowledge of NIST and FISMA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of information security experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Strong RMF/NIST knowledge and GRC experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISSO and RMF activities for a federal cybersecurity program.
• Manage SSPs and POA&Ms and coordinate security controls.
• Support Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and continuous monitoring.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and risk assessments.
• Lead GRC coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
