Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) Lead to assess the Department of War IT infrastructure against RMF and security controls, guiding risk decisions and shaping a secure, resilient architecture.

You will collaborate with engineers, review SSPs and POA&Ms, and help clients understand acceptable risk while navigating evolving cyber policy and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Risk Management products and working through system accreditations.
• Experience as an ISSO.
• Experience interfacing with information assurance managers, including reviewing documentation, SSPs, risk assessment reports, accreditation packages, and POA&Ms.
• Experience shepherding IT systems through the DoW RMF process.
• Experience with eMASS.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level III Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of the DoW IT infrastructure against current cyber policies and RMF.
• Identify improvements and work with engineers to secure the IT infrastructure using best practices.
• Guide client through acceptable risk discussions and maintain secure operations in a evolving IT environment.
