Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) seeks an Information Security Analyst to serve as ISSO for a Navy program at Patuxent River, MD. You will lead RMF activities, develop ATO packages, and ensure DoD controls, STIGs, and policies are met.

You will oversee ISSOs, prepare MFRs, approve PED waivers, and perform RMF documentation, audits, and tabletop exercises with SMEs to secure accreditations in a classified environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TOP SECRET clearance to start; SCI eligibility as required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must hold one of the specified DoD security certifications (CISM/CISSP/GSLC).
• Strong knowledge of RMF processes and DoD cybersecurity controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead ISSO for a designated NAVAIR program.
• Coordinate and develop ATO packages for upcoming boundaries.
• Ensure systems comply with DoD controls, STIGs, and policies.
• Track security-relevant changes to hardware and software; maintain secure profiles.
• Manage day-to-day cybersecurity activities and oversee ISSOs.
• Create Memorandums for the Record (MFRs) and submit for review.
• Sign off or request PED waivers when required.
• Perform RMF tasks: documentation, IATTs, Use Case MFRs, Cybersecurity Plan.
• Conduct weekly audits, tabletop exercises, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with SMEs to perform system security assessments.
• Operate in a classified environment (SIPRNet) onsite.
