Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Systems Officer (ISSO) to support a Navy program at Patuxent River, MD.

The role covers RMF activities and ATO package development to ensure naval systems meet DoD security requirements. The candidate will serve as ISSO for a designated program, develop RMF packages, perform validation, update documentation, and coordinate with SMEs to maintain security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience required.
• DoD 8570.01/IA Workforce certs required to start (CAP, SecurityX CE, GSLC, CISM or CISSP).
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required to start.
• Experience RMF processes and cyber risk management.
• Experience with SIPRNet in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSO for a designated NAVAIR program
• Develop and maintain RMF authorization packages
• Prepare IATTs and MFRs; support RMF package validation
• Track security changes; ensure boundary profiles compliant
• Collaborate with SMEs and Cybersecurity team
