• Coordinate activities of assigned craft workers.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders for supervision area.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Set work sequences to meet construction schedules based on equipment and personnel.
• Estimate worker-hour requirements and study schedules.
• Analyze and resolve work problems.
• Maintain time records and evaluate information by standards.
• Detect and respond to dangerous conditions; conduct frequent safety inspections.
