Job summary

PERA in Denver is seeking an Investment Systems Senior Engineer to lead development of investment platforms (FundHub, ICS Athena, Portia, Longview, PACE) and data orchestration tools (Power BI, Snowflake, ELT, Automic). You will use SQL, Python, and PowerShell to build scalable solutions supporting investment decisions.

The role emphasizes Lean practices, end-to-end project ownership, and mentorship of junior staff while ensuring data quality and system reliability within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent technical experience.
• Four years of technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Systems Engineering & Project Ownership: own large investment projects from analysis to deployment.
• Platform Management: manage investment platforms leveraging CI/CD for robust solutions.
• Technical Solutioning: develop optimal solutions aligning with business needs using current technologies.
• Lead Implementation: translate designs into complex builds and lead delivery of major projects.
