Colorado PERA is seeking a seasoned technologist to lead development of investment systems and data orchestration platforms, including Snowflake, Power BI, and ELT processes. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable solutions, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring data quality and governance.

The role emphasizes Lean development, proactive problem-solving, and strong collaboration with IT and Investment SMEs to support decision-making.

Formación

• Degree in technical field; four years experience in a technical role preferred.
• Mastery of SQL and Python/PowerShell; experience with system architecture and Snowflake data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of investment systems and data platforms, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions.
• Provide technical design, solutioning, and implementation for major projects; guide junior staff.
• Ensure data governance, security, and documentation standards across systems.
• Proactively monitor, diagnose, and resolve system issues; optimize performance and reduce technical debt.
