Job summary

Rocket Lab’s Middle River, MD facility seeks an Inventory Coordinator II to manage inbound/outbound materials, inventory accuracy, and kanban replenishment. You will work onsite with a team focused on timely, accurate delivery for Rocket Lab’s Electron/Neutron programs.

The role requires a high school diploma with 1+ year of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is valued. Base pay range is provided with a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1+ year of experience.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inwards goods on a FIFO basis and ensure SOPs for processing of inwards goods are adhered to.
• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of components and production kits according to production and transfer plans.
• Sustain Kanban material supply to the shop floor.
• Manage raw material movements and replenishment.
• Maintain stock point accuracy and ensure LN reflects stock movements; investigate discrepancies.
• Participate in a daily cycle counting program.
• Ensure FIFO is managed to maintain stock rotation.
• Assist with other duties as required.
