Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Team Lead in Union, OH. You will oversee daily inventory control operations, lead warehouse associates, and ensure accuracy with cycle counts and audits.

The role requires hands-on Cherry Picker/Order Picker operation and a commitment to safety and process improvements. The position is full-time year-round, with pay of $24.50 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inventory control or related role.
• Minimum 2 years Cherry Picker/Order Picker operating experience.
• Experience leading warehouse teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory control activities to ensure accurate records.
• Assign tasks and support inventory control associates to meet goals.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Operate Cherry Picker/Order Picker safely to locate, count, and verify inventory.
• Train team members on procedures, safety, and warehouse processes.
• Maintain inventory records using WMS and other tracking tools.
• Provide management with updates on accuracy, performance, and challenges.
