Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Clinical Instructor to supervise student interns and newly hired technologists in a Level I trauma radiology setting, including supervising, training and evaluating clinical performance.

This role involves coordinating education, onboarding new staff, and contributing to recruitment and retention programs with modality managers and HR. A strong backgroud in radiography, sonography or MRI is required.

Qualifications

• Licensure and ARDMS registry in Abdomen and OB/Gyn required; BLS certification with AHA.
• 5–8 years related work experience required.
• Registration through ARDMS for Abdomen/OB-Gyn; MRI requires ARRT/ARMRIT/ARDMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student interns in clinical programs and schedule rotations.
• Assist with planning recruitment and retention programs with radiology leadership and HR.
• Provide and coordinate educational activities for staff and CPR/fit-testing training.
