Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) in the United States seeks an experienced Interface Management Lead to develop, maintain, and lead the project interface management plan across complex pharmaceutical facilities. You will identify interfaces, assign ownership, and drive closure with cross‑functional teams to support safe, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or project management.
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years of project/program experience in pharma/biotech/regulated facilities.
• Experience on capital projects exceeding $500MM TIC.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces and communications across large, multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project Interface Management Plan.
• Identify, document, and manage technical and organizational interfaces.
• Lead interface coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, quality, and operations.
• Facilitate interface meetings and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Establish and maintain the project interface register and risk tracking.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, licensors, client reps, and third parties.
• Support schedule integration by identifying interface-driven critical path activities.
• Coordinate external interfaces with regulators and authorities.
• Prepare and present interface reports, KPIs, and risk assessments to leadership.
