Qualifications

• Current independent Social Work (LISW) or LPCC license to practice in the State of Ohio OR LSW with LISW within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Patient care that is age-specific and culturally inclusive, integrating age and developmental factors.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration to advocate for patient, family, and caregiver needs within the health system.
• Psychosocial assessment to identify needs, safety concerns, and plan interventions.
• Psychosocial interventions and supportive counseling to improve coping and treatment adherence.
• Leadership and program development to support the clinical team and ensure regulatory compliance.
