Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• 3 years partnering with senior Product and Engineering leadership to define multi-year roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate designs with AI-first methodologies to stress-test concepts in real-time.
• Lead design strategy and projects for Vids, integrating generative video into a cohesive tool.
• Translate open-ended problems into tractable roadmaps for engineering and product teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads to define core features for user-centered needs.
• Maintain high design and product excellence by eliminating UX papercuts and driving improvements.
