Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in intelligence, law enforcement, security, or related field and must possess at least seven (7) of cumulative experience in open-source intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting. There is no education substitute for the Lead Intelligence Analyst positions.
The Lead will work under limited supervision. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, four additional years of experience are required for Intelligence Analyst level and two additional years of experience with an associate's degree in a relatable field.
Analysts will conduct all-source research and analysis using open-source, commercial, and government databases to identify threats, security concerns, and intelligence gaps, compiling their findings into written assessments and briefings to support protective and security programs. They will evaluate and interpret intelligence reports, provide situational awareness through outreach with law enforcement, and apply methods such as Behavioral Threat Assessment Management and cyber threat intelligence analysis to support investigations and crisis management. Additionally, analysts must meet stringent security and eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree, a background investigation, and eligibility for a Top Secret/SCI clearance, while the Lead Analyst will oversee operations, ensure compliance with policies, and manage the workflow and quality of intelligence products.
Must possess at least seven years of cumulative experience in management, open-source intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting. The Lead will work under limited supervision.
Analysts shall be assigned daily assignments and longer-term projects. All duties shall be undertaken in compliance with training, policies, procedures, Directives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and other guidance (collectively referred to as "policies") for the performance of those duties.
