Job summary

CA CI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst-Team Lead to develop and manage a contractor-led production process for UAV/UAS assessments at the National Ground Intelligence Center in Charlottesville, VA.

This role requires applying IC tradecraft ICD 203 and ICD 206, delivering all-source analyses, RFIs, and briefings, and coordinating with project leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing a contractor-led production process.
• Ability to conduct analysis and produce comprehensive technical assessments with independent research and writing.
• Familiarity with IC tradecraft requirements ICD 203 and ICD 206.

Responsibilities

• Must be well informed of the customers’ intelligence production processes.
• Develop, publish UAV/UAS all-source assessments, RFIs, and briefings in compliance with ICD 203 and ICD 206.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and draw draft analytic conclusions from raw and processed data.
• Identify future capabilities and vulnerabilities for exploitation and threat mitigation.
