Job summary

CACI is seeking an Aerospace Technologies Analyst to perform and manage the production of scientific products in coordination with project leadership at the National Ground Intelligence Center in Charlottesville VA.

This role will research and exploit data sources to assess foreign UAV/UAS capabilities and develop analytical assessments of systems technologies, combat environments, concepts of operation, and tactics to identify vulnerabilities and inform decision making.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Aerospace, Aeronautic, or similar engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical analytical DoD role.
• All source intelligence analysis experience preferred.
• Experience producing analytic assessments with unmanned aerial systems.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to conduct independent research and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on foreign fixed-wing unmanned aircraft systems (UAS); assess design, aerodynamics, performance, and tactics.
• Predict future capabilities and identify vulnerabilities for mitigation.
• Inform decision advantage across Detect, Identify, Track, Defeat.
• Increase threat characterization and dissemination to close informational gaps.
• Identify omissions and discrepancies using all-source data with technical constraints.
