SRC, Inc. is seeking an All-Source UAV Analyst to support, enhance, and sustain mission applications in Dayton, Ohio.

You’ll conduct all-source research and development for mission requirements, leveraging UAV familiarity and expertise in development, operation, integration, and systems engineering with ICD 203 guidance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of intelligence experience and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of intelligence and analysis experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Proven ability to deliver clear written and verbal presentations.
• Experience translating operational needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform classified and unclassified information discovery on UAV systems and subsystems.
• Develop derivative assessments integrating OSINT, PAI, SIGINT, GEOINT, and COMINT reporting.
• Create all-source assessments that meet ICD 203 and NASIC analytic tradecraft standards.
• Collaboration with Intelligence Community (IC) and industry partners.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, leadership, and team members.
