Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking an All-Source UAV Analyst to provide support, enhancement, and sustainment for mission applications and to conduct all-source research and development for mission requirements.

Analysts should have familiarity with UAV systems and provide expertise in development, operation, integration, and ICD 203.

Total compensation is market-competitive, with a salary range noted for Dayton, OH and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of intelligence/analysis experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Experience translating operational needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform information discovery on UAV performance, capabilities, and vulnerabilities (classified and unclassified).
• Develop derivative assessments integrating OSINT, PAI, SIGINT, GEOINT, and COMINT reporting.
• Create all-source assessments meeting ICD 203 and NASIC standards.
• Collaborate with Intelligence Community and industry partners.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, leadership, and team members.
