Job summary

Monogram Health is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, implement, and support interfaces between customers and Monogram's integration platform. The role involves HL7 integration (2.x/3.x), RESTful services, C#.NET, XML/JSON, and security design for internal/external connections, with occasional off-hours support and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

You will create data flow diagrams and participate in change management, testing, and monitoring to ensure SLAs are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years HL7 experience (2.x/3.x), interface support/troubleshooting, XML/JSON.
• Knowledge of HL7 Integration Engine Platforms.
• Working knowledge of CDA standards.
• Experience with Rhapsody or Mirth preferred.
• Proficient in change management and resolving critical issues with engineers.
• In-depth knowledge of interoperability techniques for EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of integrations including Salesforce Health Cloud and Athena Health.
• Familiar with HL7 FHIR and interoperability frameworks; REST/C#.NET, XML, JSON.
• Create and maintain data flow diagrams and end-user process maps.
• Configure tools/platforms for bi-directional EHR connectivity.
• Lead authentication and security strategy for internal/external connections.
• Review design documents for enterprise standards including change management.
• Identify technology trends and apply them to healthcare interoperability.
• Configure interface monitoring and address errors per SLAs.
• Participate in change management for releases.
• Engage in integration testing with internal and external applications.
• Provide on-call production support.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed leaders and teams.
• Exhibit time management and prioritization skills.
• Adhere to analytical approaches to solve complex problems.
