Job summary

Monogram Health, Inc is seeking an Integration Engineer to implement and support interfaces between customers and Monogram’s integration platform. You will work under IT leadership to ensure secure, scalable bi-directional connectivity with EHRs and healthcare systems.

The role requires HL7 experience (v2.x/v3), REST services, XML/JSON, and familiarity with integration engines like Rhapsody or Mirth. You’ll collaborate across teams and engage in troubleshooting, testing, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of three years HL7 experience (v2.x/v3) and interface support/troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HL7 Integration Engine Platforms and CDA standards.
• Familiarity with REST, XML, JSON for interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of application integrations including Salesforce Health Cloud and Athena Health.
• Maintain knowledge of HL7 FHIR versions and interoperability frameworks.
• Create data flow diagrams and end-user process maps.
• Configure tools to implement bi-directional application and EHR connectivity.
• Lead authentication and security strategy for system connections.
• Review design documents for alignment with development standards and change management.
• Identify technology trends and apply them to healthcare interoperability.
• Configure interface monitoring and address errors per SLAs.
• Participate in change management and integration testing with internal and external apps.
• Provide on-call support for production performance and availability.
