Job summary

AVEVA, a global industrial software leader, seeks a Senior Integration Change Lead to navigate complex post-acquisition transitions across London / Cambridge / Philadelphia / Scottsdale. You will design and execute change strategies to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working, partnering with Integration Managers and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in change management or transformation.
• Experience driving adoption for process and technology changes.
• Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management; communicates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Integration Manager to execute the change plan aligned to milestones.
• Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, and technology.
• Identify risks and readiness gaps; create mitigation plans.
• Define change measures and report progress to the DIMO.
• Build stakeholder maps and engagement plans for leaders and teams.
• Coach leaders on change expectations and reinforce new ways of working.
• Coordinate development of adoption materials and training plans.
• Assist with integration communications and readiness updates.
• Support culture shifts and decision-making alignment during integration.
