• Define and communicate the department’s long‑term technical vision and roadmap.
• Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional engineering and research talent.
• Lead and manage large, multi‑phase technical projects and programs.
• Collaborate with USO leadership and ARL across ASPS to pursue opportunities.
