Job summary

The position requires strong leadership of engineering portfolios, safety standards, and collaboration with ARL and USO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and research programs.
• Proven track record in proposal writing and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the department’s long-term technical vision and priorities.
• Lead and manage large multi‑phase projects, coordinating resources and execution.
• Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional faculty, staff, and students.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all programs.
