Job summary

Bain & Company in the Atlanta area is seeking a Senior Architecture and Technology Leader to shape enterprise, solution, cloud, and data architectures and to guide modernization efforts for financial services clients. You will translate complex requirements into strategic roadmaps and advise senior executives.

Lead AI-enabled architectures, mentor cross-functional teams, and influence client leadership while traveling regionally.

Qualifications

15+ years of architecture and technology leadership experience.
Expertise in Financial Services, especially Insurance (P&C and L&A) domains.
Expertise with ACCORD insurance data models and standards-based integration.
Exceptional candidate with impact in modern architecture and transformation will be considered.
Strong track record advising senior leaders on large-scale programs.
Fluent communication and ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution.
Minimum of three days per week in-person collaboration; regional travel required.

Responsibilities

Shape enterprise, solution, cloud, and data architectures aligned with client outcomes.
Develop roadmaps, reference models, and AI-enabled modernization strategies.
Translate complex requirements into actionable plans for clients to adopt and scale.
Advise CIOs/CTOs and senior leaders on architectural decisions and trade-offs.
Lead governance, risk, and program execution within transformation efforts.
