Job summary

Qualifications

• CRCST or CSPDT certification required upon hire.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of daily activities between Operating Room and Sterile Processing to facilitate case flow.
• Ensure case cart assembly, decontamination, assembly and sterilization of reprocessed inventory.
• Coordinate projects and process improvements and promote patient satisfaction through effective communication.
• Organize instrument trays on a global level to standardize procedures across the Enterprise.
