Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between the Operating Room and Sterile Processing to enable efficient case flow.
• Oversee case cart assembly, decontamination, assembly, and sterilization/high level disinfection of reprocessed inventory.
• Serve as clinical liaison across multiple sites to track and allocate sterilized instrumentation enterprise-wide.
• Procure, standardize instrument trays and organize instrument trays across the Enterprise.
• Support process improvement initiatives and promote customer service and patient satisfaction.
