Job summary

RPT Alliance LLC, a Bowman company, seeks an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer IV for our Houston, TX team. Lead strategic direction, provide technical oversight, and mentor the I&C engineering discipline on complex projects.

You will drive innovation, ensure execution excellence, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of instrument and controls engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment sizing & selection, alternative analyses, and other deliverables.
• Support the engineering, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilities.
• Present engineering and design deliverables to project members, cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Plan, forecast, and actualize deliverable progress to support project reporting and schedule requirements.
• Develop instrumentation and control standards and guidelines.
