Job summary

Codecampus LLC in Palm Springs is seeking to hire and train a Lead Instructor to work in the Palm Springs area for the 2026-27 school year. You will work with site staff at partner schools and lead STEAM lessons for students in their classrooms using our proprietary curriculum.

This role requires no coding experience, as we will train you, and offers paid training. Availability is 12.5 hours per week, with shifts Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 2:30pm-4:00pm and Wed 12:00pm-1:30pm, plus paid prep time.

Qualifications

• Available to start training immediately (paid) and to start instructing immediately.
• Availability: 12.5 hours paid per week (7.5 instructional hours + 5 hours prep).
• Must be willing to cover multiple schools within the Palm Springs Unified School District.
• Experience teaching and managing large groups of youth in an academic setting.

• Availability - 7.5 instructional hours + 5 hours of prep time = 12.5 hours paid per week
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 2:30pm - 4:00pm
  • Wednesday - 12:00pm - 1:30pm
• Must be willing to cover multiple different schools within the Palm Springs Unified School District
• Experience teaching and managing large groups of youth in an academic setting
• Exceptional communication skills
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Willing to go through our professional development training program

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00-$28/hr depending on experience, with opportunities for pay raises based on performance and time with the company.
